A member asked:

Would your bones start to ache when using taxol (paclitaxel)? is that a normal side effect?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes, for some : Yes, in some patients, Taxol (paclitaxel) can cause bone pain. Sometimes it can be the turnover of the bone marrow from the chemo or from growth factors if you are receiving those (like Neupogen). It can typically be managed with medication which you can discuss with your doctor.
