Possibly: Nocturnal emissions are caused by ejaculating whilst UR asleep. Frequent ejaculations by masturbation or sex prevents build up semen & wet dreams. Thus, you may get wet dreams again if you stop masturbating. However, age is a factor, men tend to produce less semen with aging & being 50 years old, may be beyond an age for wet dreams. Good Luck

Yes: Your question raises concerns for me. Both enjoying your body by yourself, and having nocturnal emissions are perfectly healthy, and both are something you should enjoy. If anyone has told you otherwise, they are deceiving you. Entertaining yourself helps you learn about your mind and body in preparation for adult life, and keeps you comfortable and do other things (including get to sleep).
