None: There are no currently proven medications to increase your sperm count. Making yourself as healthy as can be, avoiding high temperatures around the testicles (tight underwear, hot tubs, saunas, etc), and increasing the time between ejaculations would be your best bet for increasing your sperm count.

Sometimes works ...: See a reproductive endocrinologist if you and your partner are trying to conceive, who may also refer you to a urologist. Tests for men with low sperm count include hormone testing: total testosterone, estradiol, lh, fsh, tsh, prolactin. Some need genetic testing. If we find hormone issues some guys get better sperm counts with Anastrozole (off-label use) or clomid (clomiphene). Hcg & fsh shots are used rarely.
