Wash hair : If you wash your hair several times a week with a dandruff shampoo that should help. Hot water in the shower only dry out your skin especially in the winter.

You can shampoo ever: Every day. Use a conditioning rinse if you like. Head ; shoulders make zinc pyrethium ; selenium shampoos. Selsun (selenium sulfide). Nizoral (ketoconazole) are popular. The generics are similar but cheaper. Ther are also tar shampoos ; salycilic acid shampoos to try. Ok to shampoo every day. See a dermatologist if this fails. You can also find Hydrocortisone solution to apply after shampoo.
