Yes: Gallstones may be leaving the gallbladder and obstructing the bile ducts. This can cause bile to back up in the liver and elevate the bilirubin levels. You should discuss with your surgeon or doctor.

Age 64, check up found single gallstone 15 mm. No symptoms at all. Cholesterol, Calcium & Bilirubin are ok. Not sure to extrat the whole gallblade.
