Not clear: But, celiac is linked with increased risk of small intestinal cancer and lymphoma. Colon cancer has has mixed results in studies but probably has no significant increased risk.

No: Most studies found that it does not increase risk for colon cancer. But it does for other type of cancers, such as small bowel cancer or lymphoma.

Probably not: Patients with untreated or poorly treated celiac disease have higher incidence of lymphoma of the small intestine.
