can sperm on urethera cause pregnancy in anyway?

Dr. Nestor Del rosario

No: To enable the sperm to fertilize the egg, it has to enter the cervix, get all the way into the fallopian tube to where the egg is to result in pregnancy. The egg on its own does not travel.
