Day 14: Most women ovulate about 2 weeks after the period starts in a typical 28 day cycle. Move that later if you have longer cycles. Remember sperm can live for 3 days if you are trying to prevent pregnancy, and to start a few days before ovulation if you are trying to get pregnant.
