When i eat eggs and dairy i have several issues. usually it makes my stomach upset and everything after. do you think i am allergic?

Possibly: Usually when people think allergies to food i picture some poor child all red in the face swollon like a balloon. However, allergies can show up in different ways but usually not an upset stomach. Would consider lactose intolerance as possible cause. Buy some lactase capsules (brand name lactaid or surelac) drink milk if no symptoms good chance its an intolerace vice allergy.

Probable...: Regardless you are allergic to a food or not, if it bothers you, you need to avoid it. Some people with milk or egg allergy can tolerate the cooked versions. If avoidance isn't possible, see an allergist.
