See answer: Even in this supposedly enlightened century, men fret about penis size and especially length. Because most males don't know how or where to accurately measure, self-measurement of penile length is notoriously unreliable. Accurate measurement is taken from the tip of the penis on stretch back to the pubic bone, not the skin, at the base of the penis. Average size of non-erect penis: 3-4 inches.
