TTH: Tension-type headache (tth) is the most common primary headache disorder. The pain is typically described as dull, achy, nonpulsatile, pressing or tightening. Many patients feel as if they were are wearing a tight hat or band. The pain is of mild or moderate intensity, bilateral in location, and does not worsen with routine physical activity. Rec.
