Takes more than that: After a tubal ligation, an egg cannot get through either tube. No medication can move an egg through cut or burned tubes. So, in order to get pregnant, more would need to be done, such as harvesting eggs, fertilizing them outside the woman, and implanting embryos back into the uterus... Which is why tubal ligation is permanent and a woman only does it if she never wants another pregnancy.
