Probably not: Though penile fracture is usually associated with rapid loss of the erection and an audible noise, it is also almost always accompanied by subsequent noticeable swelling, discomfort, and discoloration of the penis (eggplant appearance) from leakage of blood through the corporal fracture site into the adjacent soft tissues of the penis. Would recommend continued observation.
