See answer : Though many men have a mild degree of curvature of the penis with full erection and which is normal, peyronie's disease is the most common (1-20% men >age 40) cause of an "abnormal" curvature and may or may not be associated with discomfort or a palpable "lump". Congenital chordee (present since birth) a much less common cause. Given your age of 21, recommend you see a urologist to DX and advise.
