No: Sperm unable to live outside the body for very long (minutes). Can survive in vagina for 1-2 days. Fertilization/pregnancy requires sperm in vagina to reach cervix/uterus during a female's fertile window. If no sperm deposited in or near the vaginal opening, pregnancy not likely.
