Lidoderm/Flector: You might want to find out from your ob/gyn if you can use Lidoderm (anesthetic) or flector (anti-inflammatory) patches over the areas. This is the time you will probably have most of the back pain as your body readies for delivery in a few weeks. Hopefully the pain resolves after delivery, if not consider an evaluation by a spine specialist. Good luck!
