No: There are many reasons for a low count. A semen analysis is not very accurate. Therefore, any time there is a low count the first thing to due is repeat the test. If the count remains the same there are treatments based on how low the count is. Also, it would be important to do a dna fragmentation test on the sperm to see if the sperm's dna is damaged.
