Tongue lesion: There are many possible causes for the lesion you describe. To be able to answer your question th3 lesion must be examined, and his medical/dental history carefully reviewed. He must see a Dentist, preferably a Pediatric Dental Specialist (Pedodontist) especially if lesion is more than 2weeks old.
