If they don't wash: Uncircumcised men who retract their foreskin ; wash their penis ; remove any smegma every day are just as sanitary as circumcised men. Men with a tight foreskin which can not be retracted, or men who do not clean their penis on a daily basis are more unsanitary than circumcised men.
