Doubtful: Work closely with a reproductive endocrinologist if you want to attempt to have menses and become pregnant. Unfortunately, the success rate even with optimal treatment is quite low for this disorder.

Periods yes, kids no: Hi. Depending on whether the Turner's is mosaic (45, XO with 46, XX) or pure 45, XO, kids may not be possible at all (i.e., only the mosaics have the possibility of pregnancy). But BCPs can give Turner's patients periods. Even for mosaic Turner's in whom pregnancy is possible, taking a BCP does not help with pregnancy!
