Not usually related: OPs are neuro toxins that block acetylcholineesterase which causes acetylcholine to overstimulate distal receptors. This leads to increased salivation, lacrimation, urination, defecation, emesis and meiosis. OPs have little to no direct effect on the production or destruction of red blood cells so they are not directly responsible for causing anemia.
