Pyoderma Gangrenosum: Pyoderma Gangrenosum is believed to be auto-immune in nature and typically resonds well to high dose steroid medication. Generally wounds appear on the legs or arms. Folks commonly other auto-immune diseases like Rhuematoid Arthritis. Lupus, Ulcerative Colitis, etc. Occasionally this may require hospitalization or management at a wound center. Definately see a dermatologist.
