Yes: At 7 weeks, if you were to actually miscarry, you would have a fair amount of cramping. Most women with early pregnancy bleeding don't miscarry (about half of early pregnancies have some bleeding; about 40% of those end up miscarrying). See your doc for an ultrasound to be sure the baby is still alive. The fetus usually dies days to weeks before the miscarriage actually happens. Good luck.

It's possible.: The typical symptoms of miscarriage (spontaneous abortion) are vaginal bleeding and pain. It is possible to have a miscarriage and not have pain at all. If that is the case I am sorry, best wishes to you and your family.
