I have been on depo-provera for 4 years. after stopping depo-provera how will i know for sure that i'm ovulating?

Regular periods: When regular monthly periods happen, without being on any form of hormones, then ovulation is most likely happening each month. If trying for a baby, start figuring out when the fertile days are for each month. Ovulation happens around 14 days before the first day of the next period.
