Too general: You should go on google images and put in basal and squamous cell carcinoma. Also put in malignant melanoma. They will show you what some of these ski cancers look like.

Different types: Skin malignancies can look like a bump with a central depression(basal cell); like a crusty whitish raised area(squamous cell) or an irregular flattish lesion with different colors. If any thing on your skin looks 'different', i recommend you have it checked by a dermatologist preferably.
