Unlikely: One does not get pregnant the day after a period, unless they are having regular short cycles and their ovulation day is five days after the period ends. We have not been given the ovulatory, menstrual history or when the next period is due, so there is little here we can comment on. If 'she' has missed a period, then it is time to get a pregnancy test.
