The is your first: Child! you are doing every thing correctly. No need to worry as long as she has yearly visits to her pediatrician and you read/ spend time with her. I don't think i was as far along developing at age three as your daughter seems to be.

Check with ped: This appears to be abnormal and you need to talk to your ped about it. Usually you can't stop a 3 year-old from jabbering all day.

Not normal: That is not normal. She should be saying sentences by now. This is the norm for age 2-3 year olds (http://www.Asha.Org/public/speech/development/23.Htm) and 3-4 year olds (http://www.Asha.Org/public/speech/development/34.Htm). If she has not seen pediatric specialists (like pediatric ENT or pediatric speech therapy), she needs to, sooner than later. With help, she should be able to catch up.
