Unlikely to be pbm: These foreign objects travel through the gut in a matter of 3-4 days.If they make it to the stomach, they will pass. Kids do this often and i worry most about button batteries (can be deadly), but these toy pieces aren't much of an issue, even if they have rough edges.

INGESTIONS: As long as he is not vomiting, there is no abdominal distention or he is not in pain, watchful waiting. Make sure he drinks enough fluid. Avoid fried, fatty/oily/cheesy food; give more leafy vegetables, some prune juice. If not comfortable, check with his pediatrician.
