Now my doc told me to follow the instructions of ttc 14 days from the start of my period witch we did can someone let me know when to start testing?

Patience: A urine pregnancy test done correctly will give a reliable result one week after missing a period, or 3 weeks after sex (when conception might have occurred). There is no need to test sooner (patience is a virtue).
