Brain fog: Is a state of mind with subtle confusion and lack of mental clarity. Causes can be stress, depression, sleep apnea, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, insomnia, hypersomnolence, chemotherapy, lyme's disease, nutritional deficiencies, depersonalization disorder, mononucleosis, blood sugar abnormalities, thyroid abnormalities, severe hypertension, renal failure, anything that can cause low blood oxygen levels such as emphysema, copd, congestive heart failure, and chronically low blood pressure.Best wishes.
