Periods have a mind: Of their own. They are never going to always be the same. I always recommend continuous birth control if you are negative (or treated) for mthfr, factor v leiden, or prothrombin gene mutation, and are not a smoker. You can keep your uterine lining from not growing at all until you are ready to have kids. It saves a lot of money every month on pads and ibuprofen...Ask your doc!
