Try over the counter: Topicals: oatmeal bath, topical benadryl, (diphenhydramine) calamine lotion, 1% hydrocortisone, homeopathic florasone, aloe oral: sometimes it is due to an allergic response so you could also take an over the counter anti-histamine if the itching persists, get checked out as it could be something more serious.

LABIA ITCHING?: If you mean labia itching, it would be nice to know how long it's been going on. Soaps and detergents can aggravate this. Use cetaphil cleanser, wash clothes in all free & clear and see either a dermatologist or a gynecologist for it if it persists. Do not use fragrances like perfume or cologne either. And don't use over-the-counter remedies!
