Horny goat weed: Erectile-dysfunction.Emedtv.Com/horny-goat-weed/horny... Theoretically, combining horny goat weed with a high blood pressure medicine might increase the risk of dangerously low blood pressure (hypotension). It is probably best to check with your healthcare provider before using such a combination. The problem is that only Lisinopril has been studied and found not to interact. Not enough is known yet about the others so the warning about high blood pressure medications should be followed until the research determines it to be safe. Best wishes.
