Osteo Bi-Flex: Osteo bi-flex is a brand of glucosamine chondroitin which is often used by those suffering from arthritis (painful joints). It is considered a dietary supplement. Because there are many types of birth control, you need to be more specific as to which one you're using (or intend to use). For instance, it should not interfere w/condoms. For joints and "no": Osteobiflex is chondroitin and glucosamine which is believed to help joints stay flexible and lubricated. The fda has not approved this as it is sold as a supplement and not a drug. It will not conflict with birth control but there is very little evidence that it will help your joints.
