Extreme Behavior: It is very unlikely that this trickery would cause pregnancy. This behavior is, however, very dangerous legally for this friend of yours. Fathers who find out that they were tricked into fatherhood can sue for custody and use this trickery as significant evidence against the parental stability of the female. I would advise getting legal advice in the case this female friend is pregnant.

Yes.: If sperm ended up in the vagina it can make its way into the uterus and produce pregnancy. This completely defeats the purpose of the condom. Sounds like this might be deceitful.
