I have a cold, what can i do for it?

No treatment : If you had one, you'd never have to work another day in your life! colds are caused by viruses (antibiotics are useless!) and run their course in 3-5 days. Cold meds prolong it by blocking symptoms. Nsaids, decongestants and nasal lavage (neilmed) are great palliative measures, as are old-fashioned folk remedies like chicken soup and tea! better yet: get plenty of test and drink lots of water.

Fluids, rest,: Cool mist vaporizer, saline nose spray if congested.
