None needed: Whatever semen may be in the penile urethra (channel) will be gone after the next time you urinate. If there is somehow some prostatic or seminal vesicle fluid gradually getting into your urethra, it is harmless.

Being a Guy: This is not normal. I would advise you to bring it up with your physician the next time you see them. But, if you are peeing normally, getting erections when wanted and have the ability to ejaculate there is no disease or condition here.
