I've got a pain in my upper right breast when i breath in?

Costochondritis : Given your age, having pain in the chest related to breathing is likely related to chest wall muscle inflammation. A condition known as costochondritis. If the pain feels like a needle, then pleurisy is most likely. Pleurisy is an inflammation of the lining of your lungs. In any case, if the pain does not resolved with ice packs or over the counter pain pills, then get a chest x ray or ct scan.
