Breast enlargement: Gynecomastia is enlargement of breast tissue. In men, this can occur as a result of excess estrogen activity, which commonly occurs in people who are overweight, have liver conditions, or who take medications that have an estrogen-effect. Removing the cause is one treatment - and surgical reduction of breast tissue is also possible.
