Help doctors! what're the things you get from wearing too tight shoes?

Bursitis: Hammer toes, bunions, corns on the toes or between the toes, pinched nerves or neuromas, ingrown toenails....Much better off wearing shoes that fit.

Tight shoes: Tight shoes can cause corns between the toes and make bunions really hurt. The right tight shoe can impinge blood vessels and nerves, and can cause neuroma if bone structure is appropriate. The solution is too simple - wear proper fitting shoes!
