Chronic fatigue: There are many things that can cause fatigue or sleepiness. Medications, diet, physical activity and more can play a role. Good "sleep hygiene" is important (same time to bed, no food/drink before bed, bed only for sleep/sex, etc). Consider optimizing these first. If you still have problems see your doctor for thyroid or sleep apnea testing.
