Possible: To be pregnant when a woman on bcp misses a period, so i recommend a woman whom this occurs to take a pregnancy test. However sometimes women on bcp don't get a period, so as long as you know you aren't pregnant that is ok. Lack of period on bcp occurs when the balance of hormones is so close that no lining of the uterus grows, so no period comes.
