PregnancyBcategory: Dalacin is clindamycine an antibiotic and in combination with escinol it is used for local application for acne vulgaris it is listed as pregnancy category b, which means animal stdies did not reveal any evidence of harm to fetus since you are using locally the absorption in the body is minimal. Still i will recommend you discuss its use with your gynecologist if yu are pregnant.
