Sounds different: Since you gave been on the patch for 8 months, it suggests your symptoms are from something else. Many things can cause nausea, fatigue and changed periods, including pregnancy. It is possible to get pregnant while on birth control. Consider home pregnancy test, or being seen to get a full history and exam done.
