Hmmm...: Only very, very slight differences; exposures are pretty much the same among the races. If your immune system cannot fight off the 'exposure' then you get symptoms/the illness in question.

Study from 1976: There was an increase in blacks and more so native americans but was thought to do with over crowding and poverty. There is some more recent evidence that it is higher in blacks but for unknown reasons. In conclusion: there might be but the research is not great.
