What are the side effects of hpv vaccine?

Minimal: Most women have no side effects. Some have a little discomfort at the site of the injection. Others feel fatigued for a day or so. That is normal. Your body is using energy to build an immune response which is what we want to happen.

Minimal: Slight pain at injection site like with most vaccines, mild nausea and dizziness. Occasional fainting has been reported which could be psychological. Thus don't drive or ride a bike for 15 minutes or so after vaccination. Side effects should not be a reason to avoid vaccination.
