Poor closure: Your eyelids apparently do not close all the way. This can be unsightly and can also put your cornea at risk from drying. It might be worse at night (have someone look while you are asleep). This can be fixed in most cases. You can start with an ophthalmologist who will probably refer you to an oculoplastic surgeon for definitive correction.
