Myopia: No there are definitely options available to correct this level of refractive error. Much of whether surgery is suitable for you will be dependent on your eye anatomy (e.g. cornea thickness), eye history (e.g. lack of dry eyes), and refractive progression (e.g. having a stable prescription for over a year).
