Neuritis: Nerve pain or numbness or burning is a common symptom associated with entrapment of a peripheral nerve in the foot. It is not debilitating, but very annoying. See your local podiatrist, an injection may be necessary to block the nerve and re-assess the symptoms post-injection.

Navel Hernia!: Naval Hernias are common in females. vague abdominal discomfort is the commonest symptom. Use the abdominal binder and see if your symptoms resolve. If they do then you need to see physician and discuss the situation and he might be able to direct you properly.
