GI evaluation: These complaints are very serious and you need to see a gastrointestinal specialist. There are multitude of possibilities as to cause but a through work up is needed here.

See md: Could be lots of things ranging from inflammation of bowel, gyn issues, tumor, other. Can't tell here.
